Sean Bailey

Director

Sean oversees the day-to-day running of Baileys of Salisbury, bringing fresh energy and a hands-on approach to every part of the business. Before joining the family shop full-time, he worked for a leading bed manufacturer in Yorkshire, where he gained in-depth knowledge of quality craftsmanship and what makes a truly great mattress. Sean is passionate about combining trusted service with modern efficiency—ensuring every customer gets the care and comfort they deserve.

Simon Bailey

Founder, Director

Simon is the founder of Baileys of Salisbury and now enjoys a semi-retired role, though he’s still an important part of the team. On busy days, he lends a hand in-store and helps with local deliveries, always ready with expert advice and a friendly chat. With decades of experience, Simon takes real pride in helping customers find the right bed. When he’s not in the shop, he’s either out on the tennis court soaking up the sun or taking his dogs for a stroll through Elizabeth Gardens.

Ruwani Bailey

Founder, Director

Ruwani is the quiet force behind the business, managing the finances that keep Baileys of Salisbury running smoothly. Though she’s rarely seen on the shop floor, her role is essential—from balancing the books to overseeing key decisions behind the scenes. On particularly busy days, she steps in to lend a hand in-store, bringing a calm and capable presence to the team. Outside of work, Ruwani enjoys playing squash and looking after the family dogs.

Aaqib Imthiyaz

Delivery Specialist

Aaqib is a close relative and a valued part of the team. Originally from Sri Lanka, he’s currently in the UK studying Criminology at university. Alongside his studies, he supports us part-time with deliveries, making sure every order is completed efficiently and to a high standard. With his positive attitude and love for basketball, Aaqib brings great energy and reliability to everything he does.

Ben Rideout

Delivery Specialist

Ben is a firefighter by profession and a valued part of our delivery team on his days off. A dedicated husband and proud dad, he balances family life with his passion for motorbikes and his commitment to helping others. Whether he’s in the fire station or behind the wheel of our van, Ben brings calm, care, and reliability to everything he does—making sure each delivery is handled with the same precision he brings to his day job.
