100-Night Mattress Trial

The last thing we want is for you to lose sleep worrying about whether you've chosen the right mattress. So you've got up to 100 nights from the delivery date to change your mind.

How our mattress trial works

We offer up to a 100-night sleep trial on every mattress, so you can try it properly at home. If it’s not the perfect fit, we’ll arrange a free swap for an alternative within the trial period.

Your trial begins

Your trial starts from the moment your mattress is delivered, giving you plenty of time to experience it at home.

Protect your mattress

Simply use the mattress protector purchased with your mattress to keep it clean and ensure eligibility for the trial.

Sleep on it for up to 100 nights

Enjoy up to 100 nights to experience the comfort and support of your mattress and decide if it’s the perfect fit.

Exchange after 30 nights

If after 30 nights, it isn’t quite right, contact us within the 100-night period, and we’ll arrange a free exchange within 65 miles of our showroom.

Your new mattress should make going to bed the best part of your day. If it’s not quite right, simply swap it within your trial period – no fuss, no quibbles. We’ll collect your mattress and exchange it for one that suits you better, completely free of charge, within 65 miles of our showroom.

For hygiene reasons, the mattress must be used with the Cotton Mattress Protector that came with your mattress, and the protector must be returned in clean condition.

We offer a sleep trial on every mattress in our store, so you can enjoy the reassurance of trying your new mattress properly at home. Depending on the brand, the trial period can be up to 100 nights.

Some manufacturers provide their own tailored trial policies, including brands such as Vispring, Enchanted House, Harrison Spinks, and Somnus. For full details on the trial period available with each mattress, please visit the brand-specific pages or ask in-store; our team will be happy to advise.

How to qualify:

To qualify for the 100-night mattress trial, you must purchase our Cotton Mattress Protector simultaneously with your mattress. If, during the 100-night period, you decide it is not suitable, you can change to a different tension or an alternative mattress.

Qualifying sizes:

90cm x 190cm (Single)

135cm x 190cm (Double)

150cm x 200cm (King)

180cm x 200cm (Superking)

2 x 90cm x 200cm (Zipped Superking)

Dual tension mattresses (e.g. one medium side and one firm side) are exempt from the promotion.

If you live further than 65 miles from our showroom, you can still benefit from the mattress trial; however, redelivery charges may apply. Please contact us or ask in-store for full details.

Requirements for completion of the exchange:

Proof of purchase is required for the mattress, together with the Cotton Mattress Protector.

The trial applies only to mattresses purchased in-store.

Please note that we must clearly state on your paperwork in-store that you are eligible for the 100-night mattress trial.

You must have slept on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to become accustomed to it.

You must use the Cotton Mattress Protector for 100 nights, as stained or damaged mattresses cannot be exchanged.

Where your new exchange/upgrade is more expensive than the original, we will require payment for the price difference.

We cannot issue a refund if the exchanged mattress is less expensive than the original.

The 100-night mattress trial does not cover clearance items.

We will only exchange your mattress under this guarantee once.

Important Note: Each mattress trial allows only one mattress swap, so please allow yourself adequate time when choosing the replacement that feels right for you.
