100-Night Mattress Trial

NO WORRIES

The last thing we want is for you to lose sleep worrying about whether you've chosen the right mattress. So you've got 100 nights from the delivery date to change your mind.

FREE EXCHANGE

If your mattress isn't everything you hoped for, we'll come and pick it up free of charge and change it to one that suits you better.

The free exchange applies to anyone within 65 miles of our showroom. If you live outside our 'free exchange' radius, you will be charged a discretionary re-delivery fee if you decide to reselect.

NO QUIBBLES

If you want to exchange your mattress, we won't quibble. As you'd expect, all we ask is that you use the mattress protector you purchased with your mattress, as we cannot take back mattresses that are damaged, stained or marked in any way.

HOW TO QUALIFY

To qualify for the 100-night mattress trial, you must purchase our Cotton Mattress Protector simultaneously with your mattress. If, during the 100-night period, you decide it is not suitable, you can change to a different tension or an alternative mattress.

QUALIFYING PRODUCTS

Everything.

That's right, everything. We offer a trial period on all our mattresses when purchased alongside the Cotton Mattress Protector.

Some premium brands, such as Vispring, Enchanted House, Harrison Spinks, and Somnus, offer their own tailored trial periods. For more information on these brand-specific policies, click here.

Qualifying sizes:

90cm x 190cm (Single)

135cm x 190cm (Double)

150cm x 200cm (King)

180cm x 200cm (Superking)

2 x 90cm x 200cm (Zipped Superking)

Dual tension mattresses (e.g. one medium side and one firm side) are exempt from the promotion.

REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPLETION OF THE EXCHANGE

Proof of purchase is required for the mattress together with the Cotton Mattress Protector.

The trial only applies to those mattresses purchased in-store.

Please note that we must clearly state on your paperwork in-store that you are eligible for the 100-night mattress trial.

You must have slept on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to become accustomed to it.

You must use the Cotton Mattress Protector for 100 nights, as stained or damaged mattresses cannot be exchanged.

Where your new exchange/upgrade is more expensive than the original, we will require payment for the price difference.

We cannot issue a refund if the exchanged mattress is less expensive than the original.

The 100-night mattress trial does not cover clearance items.

We will only exchange your mattress under this guarantee once.

BRAND SPECIFIC TRIAL PERIODS

Vispring (90-day comfort promise)

If you’ve selected the wrong spring tension, you have up to 90 days to exchange your mattress for a different tension within the same model. However, the Comfort Promise only applies if you have tried and purchased the selected model in-store and received individual advice from an expert to guide you in your selection.

No mattress protector is required for the Vispring 90-day comfort promise; however, we strongly recommend using one, as any damage to the mattress will void your right to the comfort promise.

Enchanted House (90-day comfort promise)

If you have chosen the wrong mattress spring tension, you have 90 days to exchange your mattress for a different Enchanted House model or spring tension. However, the Comfort Promise only applies if you have tried and purchased the selected model in-store and received individual advice from an expert to guide you in your selection.

The purchase of the Cotton Mattress Protector is required to qualify for the Harrison Spinks 90-day comfort promise.

Harrison Spinks (100-day comfort promise)

If you have chosen the wrong mattress spring tension, you have 100 days to exchange your mattress for a different Harrison Spinks model or spring tension. However, the Comfort Promise only applies if you have tried and purchased the selected model in-store and received individual advice from an expert to guide you in your selection.

The purchase of the Cotton Mattress Protector is required to qualify for the Harrison Spinks 100-day comfort promise.

Somnus (100-day comfort promise)

If you have chosen the wrong mattress spring tension, you have 100 days to exchange your mattress for a different Somnus model or spring tension. However, the Comfort Promise only applies if you have tried and purchased the selected model in-store and received individual advice from an expert to guide you in your selection.

The purchase of the Cotton Mattress Protector is required to qualify for the Somnus 100-day comfort promise.

Important Note: Every comfort trial or exchange allows for one mattress swap only, so please allow yourself adequate time when choosing the replacement that feels right for you.
