However, the Comfort Promise only applies if you have tried and purchased the selected model in-store and been given individual advice by an expert to guide you in your selection which you have followed in making your purchase.

Vispring is a pocket spring pioneer. They've been using them since Vispring was formed back in 1901. Both their divans and mattresses are pocket-sprung, working together to create the ultimate support system for your hips, shoulders and spine. And their springs are still made the same way – lengths of high-grade, durable vanadium steel are wound six times before they’re individually wrapped in natural calico pockets.

It takes time to become a master of your craft. In Vispring's case, over 100 years. That’s why their bedmakers are so skilled – they’re full of handed-down knowledge and passion that goes into every tuft and coil. They fill, finish and stitch by hand, making every bed exactly to order.
PACKED WITH PURITY
Vispring sources the highest quality materials from all across the globe, and every fibre is specially selected to perform a very specific purpose. Vispring has perfected the ideal blend, which includes; 100% British fleece wool, horsetail, silk, cashmere and mohair - all of which are expertly hand-teased over the cotton-covered calico pocket springs.
COTTON
Vispring harvests all their cotton from Turkey. The long-fibre cotton is super strong but exceptionally soft, with an unparalleled sheen. A naturally hygienic product, its breathable qualities help to keep you cool, which also makes for a more comfortable sleeping surface.
SILK
Often referred to as the most indulgent fibres known to mankind, silk is also the strongest. Vispring's silk blend includes Tussah and Mulberry silk, which are odourless and hypo-allergenic - making it the perfect material for a luxurious mattress top layer.
BRITISH WOOL
Naturally hypo-allergenic and fully breathable, wool is ten times more absorbent than synthetic materials - which is critical and guarantees the mattress works in total harmony with your body by regulating the temperature in your bed.
HORSETAIL
Horsetail is the longest-known natural fibre and has been an integral part of bed-making for centuries. Bold, strong and bouncy, it's the magic ingredient that keeps Vispring mattresses in great shape - even after decades of constant use.
CASHMERE
Cashmere is one of the most expensive, exclusive and desirable luxury fillings in the world. This long, silky filament is eight times warmer than sheep's wool but significantly lighter. Sumptuously soft and luxurious, Vispring adds it to give their mattresses that distinctive Vispring feeling.
MOHAIR
Naturally non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and flame-resistant, mohair comes from the hair of the Angora goat. Combined with pure wool, it creates a durable fabric blend with extreme elasticity - perfect for preventing any sagging across the regularly used parts of your Vispring mattress.
