60 night comfort exchange

The last thing we want is for you to lose sleep worrying about whether you’ve chosen the right mattress. So you’ve got 60 nights from the date of delivery to change your mind.

 

If your mattress still isn’t all that you hoped…we’ll come and pick it up free of charge and change it for one that suits you better. 

How to qualify

 

To qualify for the 60 night comfort exchange all you need to do is purchase either the Essential, Cotton, Cool or Snow Mattress Protector at the same time as your mattress. If, during the 60 night’s period you decide it is not suitable you can change to an alternative mattress. 

Requirements for completion of exchange/upgrade are as follows;

 

Proof of purchase is required of mattress together with the Essential, Cotton, Cool or Snow Mattress Protector.

 

Trial only applies to those mattresses purchased in store. 

 

Please note that it must be made clear by Us on your paperwork in store that you are eligible for the 60 night comfort exchange.

 

You must have slept on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to become accustomed to it.

 

You must use the Essential, Cotton, Cool or Snow Mattress Protector for the full period of the 60 nights, as stained or damaged mattresses cannot be exchanged.

 

Where your new exchange/upgrade is more expensive than the original, we will require payment for the difference in price.

 

We are unable to make any refund where the new exchange/upgrade mattress is less expensive than the original. 

 

The 60 night comfort exchange does not cover clearance items, sofa beds, bed frames, divan bases and guest beds.

 

The 60 night comfort exchange is only applicable to the following standard sizes :-

90cm (3’ Single)

135cm (4’6 Double)

150cm (5’ King Size)

180cm (6’ Super King)

180cm Zipped Mattresses (6’ Super King)

 

Dual tension mattresses (eg. one medium side and one firm side) are exempt from the promotion. Single tension mattresses only (including zipped mattresses).

 

We will only exchange your mattress under this guarantee once.

*Please note all TEMPUR mattresses are exempt from the 60 night comfort exchange.
